HERE’S WHY I DO THIS WORK!!

I created this 3 month reset when I realized that so many women were struggling with hormone fluctuations, weight gain and food deprivation. These women would try to look for answers in magazines or online and felt overwhelmed. They feel frustrated with the lack of support they get from their doctors and other health care professionals and not feel like they were getting the help they needed. I have personally been through this and know how much it can impact your life. I went to school to become a Registered Dietitian to really explore the nutrition side of things and realized there are so many other pieces! 

I personally have felt thrown around by health care professionals, giving me a one sized fits all approach, not really hearing me or just prescribing me a medication. I was young and determined to get to the bottom of my thyroid issues. As I continued to research through getting my degree I finally realized I was partly to blame. I had restricted myself, deprived myself of delicious food and pushed myself at the gym. I thought this was the only way to lose weight. Calories in vs. calories out right? As I have come to learn this isn’t always the case. I have seen numerous women who have been restricting their calories for years and not only don’t lose weight, but gain it! There is so much more to our bodies than just calories. The way we nourish our bodies through food, connection, movement and stress all play a part in our health.

 How often can we meet?

We will meet on a bi-weekly basis over Zoom. Each week we don’t have a meeting I will send a check-in form for more accountability and support! 

    When will I see results?

True results take time. Your hormone imbalance, weight gain or blood sugar concerns most likely didn’t become an issue over night, so we can’t expect it to change overnight. Results depends on the work we do together and the time/energy put into it. With that said, my goal is for you to feel a difference within the first week or two and continue to see improvements over the course of our time together.
